Whether you're recovering from a recent injury or managing a long-standing issue, we're here to support you! Physiotherapists can assess, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions and injuries related to your musculoskeletal and neurological systems. Physiotherapists believe in movement, and that treatment is "active" - meaning the patient (yourself!) plays a key role in recovery. Physiotherapists will use any combination of hands-on manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, dry needling, education (so you understand your conditions and symptoms, and how to help yourself), exercise and other pain management to help you achieve your goals. Treatment usually begins within the initial assessment, followed by some form of home exercise program to help you reach your goals faster.

Specialized physiotherapy such as Neurological Physiotherapy and Concussion Management can be booked below under their own headings.

Neurological Physiotherapy

Neurological Physiotherapy is a specialized branch of physiotherapy that focuses on conditions related to your nervous system. This includes conditions such as Stroke, Brain Injury, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, GBS, PSP, FND and more. Physiotherapists who specialize in Neurological Physiotherapy have taken advances and specific courses, and treatment sessions are typically longer.

Motor Vehicle Physiotherapy

If you have sustained an injury related to a motor vehicle accident (MVA), and would like to pursue physiotherapy through your motor vehicle insurance, we would be happy to help! Details related to your MVA (insurance company, claim and policy number etc.) will be gathered prior to your first appointment via intake form or phone.
